What happens if the data to be backed up exceeds the plan size? Backup events will no longer happen and an alert will be displayed every day on the event log. To reactivate the backup process it will be necessary to upgrade the account to pay for the additional space needed.
To upgrade an account click on the upgrade button on the PCFort console or backup report screen. You will be directed to a secure web page where you can select a new plan size and upgrade credit card details if required.

How will I be billed for the extra space?

When you select a higher plan size your credit card will be debited for the difference pro-rata to the end of your billing year. An invoice will automatically be emailed to you to confirm the charge.
