| Accounts are created for a year and cancellations will go into effect as soon as your current year ends. If you wish to cancel the next year’s service please send an email to accounting@hookupz.com. Include your account name in the subject line of the email. | ||
| Data will be removed from the archive servers at the end of the service year. So even if you cancel and then have a loss of data you can restore data from your account until it closes. | ||
