For every new prospective client we are now offering a free on-site evaluation (within our coverage area). Keep in mind this is a multi-step process and together we'll assess your needs.
One of our consultants will have an initial phone meeting to determine which tools and resources will be required for an on-site consultation.
After the phone meeting, an on-site face-to-face meeting will be scheduled to meet and discuss your needs. Detailed notes will be taken to determine how we can best do our formal evaluation and discovery of your needs.
After the initial client face-to-face meeting, an expert consultant will be redeployed with the proper tools to evaluate and discover your needs. This will be compiled into a formal report which will be delivered at the next on-site meeting. After the evaluation and discovery of your site’s needs our results will be delivered during an on-site meeting. Your PCS World Network consultant will lay out several options, costs, and how we can manage and or provide your IT requirements. You're never under any obligation nor is our evaluation intrusive.
