First we start by creating a project definition document.   We believe that every web application project should begin with a thorough examination of the customers requirements and project goals. This project definition document is used to guide the design process and evaluate possible technical and visual solutions. The document does not have to be long, however it will include:

3. An application (big-picture) view of the navigation systems within your web solution that makes it easier to design a clear and usable interface.  This helps our customers visualize the process and are also useful for:

Developing content management systems

4. Requirements that detail what your web application needs to accomplish for both the customer and the end user. Technology requirements and limitations will also be included.
